I am thankful that while I was doing my four mile walk today, I witnessed a cyclist stop his ride to help 2 young women who were having some kind of problem with the chain on one of the bikes. Where I am from, most would just ride on by even though that person had the knowledge and ability to help. I’m thankful to live in a sub-culture that still remembers the value and self-dignity that comes from being kind.

  1. Yay, Cheers to that! I love seeing people help each other out…it reminds me that we’re all connected and walking (or riding) through this world for the purpose of interacting with one another.
